All incoming email is protected with 3 layers of anti-spam and
Anti-virus filtering.
Our service also includes the MX Logic filtering service at no extra charge. This is a $1.99 value included with our service.
Web-based Administration Console. You may add, delete, and
modify users and perform all other administrative tasks with our web-based
administration console.
Migration of Existing Mailboxes. By converting your existing
mail files to a Microsoft .pst file, you can migrate any existing mail file to
your Hosted Exchange mailbox.
Microsoft SharePoint Add-On. For a small additional fee we'll
provide our hosted and fully integrated Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services
solution.
24 x 7 Emergency Support. N-VINT provides 24 x 7 emergency
technical support.
Predictable Monthly Cost. The service is provided at a fixed
monthly cost per user.
No License Fees
With N-VINT, you don't need to track CAL (Client Access Licenses) everything
you need is included in one low monthly mailbox fee.
Each user registered with the N-VINT Service is assigned a Subscriber Access
License (SAL) from Microsoft. This license includes use of both the N-VINT 2003/2007
service as well as use of Outlook software which can be ordered for the price
of shipping. Your Subscriber Access License includes free upgrades to future
versions of Microsoft Exchange Server.

Pricing
All of the features and functionality of our Hosted Messaging Solution are
provided on a month-to-month contract for $13.95 per user per month.
- Discounts are available for 2, 3 and 5-year term commitments.
Optional Costs
- Additional Storage. $5 per 150MB per user (in excess of user's initial 150MB of storage).
- Existing Mailbox Migration. $20 per Microsoft .pst file..pst file.
- Engineering & Consulting Fees. $125 per hour. This hourly fee only
applies to work that falls outside the scope of the service and that you specifically request from N-VINT.
- Hosted SharePoint solution. $99 per Portal per month (up to 25 users).
